Finding gluten and yeast-free bread can be a challenge for committed gluten-free dieters. Luckily there are recipes available that can help you to bake your own right at home.
Coconut Flour Bread
Coconut flour is extremely dense and high in fiber. It absorbs liquids very quickly, so it requires a number of eggs to help it bind together. This means there is no need for xanthan gum. The eggs also act as a riser, so no yeast is needed either.
